From the First Hello
First impressions last and we aim to leave a lasting one. From the first hello to the final goodbye – you and your guests will be treated like royalty.
Whether we are greeting you as newlyweds or welcoming you to host the ceremony too you can expect for the tone to be set from the moment you arrive.
Tying the Knot
Our unique and contemporary glass function space, the K Room, is licensed to host your civil ceremony and offers uncompromising views of our breath-taking grounds.
Or take your vows outdoors, hidden seductively in our walled garden our outdoor ceremony space is beautifully framed by landscaped gardens and has been especially designed to include an epic aisle.
The Drinks Reception
On the terrace or in the lounge. Your drinks reception will set the tone of the rest of the day – magical.
Did somebody say a ‘Knot G&T’ we even have our own house gin pour, created especially by our Welsh distilling partners. Complement your reception drinks with handmade canapés or a bespoke grazing board.
Bask in the congratulations of your nearest and dearest. Savour the moment.
The Food on Your Fork Matters
Our award-winning head chef, Chris Keenan and his team, are committed to creating exquisite dishes using the finest locally sourced ingredients with inspiration taken from our abundant Gower Garden.
At Fairyhill, we offer a lavish five-course menu as a starting point and not a luxurious exception. All of our dishes are designed to be memorable and we invite you in for a complimentary menu tasting, so you can select your all-important wedding breakfast menu.
After Dark
As the sun sets, the magic of Fairyhill truly comes alive. The atmospheric outdoor lighting creates an even more enchanting setting. Inside, the lights are dimmed.
Candles are lit. Music is cranked up. The bar is brimming. The party food is plentiful. The dancefloor is packed.
It’s your very own house party, with your very own DJ, hand chosen by us to get the party rolling.
The Morning After
The celebrations continue the next morning with a traditional Welsh breakfast.
Your guests will be invited to join us so they can welcome the newlyweds. If you’re not ready for the magic to end after breakfast, our staff can advise you on the wonderful attractions and activities that the Gower has to offer.
You may wish to extend your special day by hosting a lunch or dinner with your friends at one of our Rustic Retreats cottages.
